Co-Founder and CEO of Pollatir. Works directly with C-suite and management teams, bridging business ambition, technology delivery, and stakeholder management. Known for challenging clients to uncover what they truly need — ensuring the most pivotal value gets delivered first.
Co-founder of Pollatir, Gatis has spent more than 15 years leading teams that implement insurance systems across four continents. His Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation reflects a rare blend of technical and industry depth and a commitment to helping insurers deliver better themselves.
Guidewire professional with broad understanding of the Nordic insurance markets. Deep understanding of topics like claims automation, nordic billing requirements, product design from claims perspective. Guidewire insider since 2013 with Triple-Ace certification and multiple Nordics projects under his belt.
Carried many roles between engineering, architecture, team lead and management. Much of that time was spent inside Guidewire itself, building deep expertise in InsuranceSuite and the broader integrations landscape. Now he pairs that experience with clear customer focus, building systems that scale.
